Allen & Heath SQ-7 is a professional 33 fader digital console, designed for live sound, corporate events, audiovisual applications, churches and in-ear monitor settings. Its FPGA XCVI engine offers 96 kHz processing, high-resolution audio, and ultra-low latency of less than 0.7 ms.
It has 32 input channels, 33 faders distributed in 6 layers, 16 stereo mixes plus LR, 3 stereo arrays and 8 stereo effects motors with dedicated returns. In addition, it incorporates microphone preamps, 7-inch capacitive touch screen, dedicated physical controls, LCD screens per channel, integrated LED lighting and assignable function keys.
The SQ-7 also offers advanced connectivity via Slink port for audio and remote expansion, 64-channel I/O for audio networks, USB 32×32 interface, direct-to-USB recording via SQ-Drive, and AES output. Its automatic mixing of microphones makes it a practical solution for conferences, panel talks and professional productions that require control, flexibility and audio quality.
