The TT 808-AS is a small, powerful active subwoofer. It incorporates two 8'' DSLRs connected to a 1000W two-channel amplifier, one for each woofer. Baltic birch plywood case is coated with polyurea paint and features weatherproof treatment. Management and adjustment can be done through the RDNet software or through two buttons dedicated to the presets, a polarity button and a variable delay on the rear panel. The TT 808 has front tuning ports, so it can be installed flush. Includes rubber feet on two sides and two threaded receptacles for horizontal or vertical installation. It also includes two stabilization brackets, so that vertical installation is firm and stable. The TT 808-As can be used autonomously, in subwoofer arrays or as a complement to the TT 515-A speaker to reproduce bass frequencies.

Its amplified design, the RDNet remote control, the simple configuration of subwoofer arrays (subwoofers in cardioid configuration) and an incredible relationship between size/weight and power SPL make an immersive and interesting experience possible for any type of audience.

A small subwoofer with superpowers

The speaker incorporates a 32-bit DSP circuit controlled by RCF's RDNet network management software. Your internal DSP easily controls gentle limiters, RMS limiters, polarity, amplitude, delay, and equalization. All configurations, monitoring and other advanced features, such as the subwoofer array configurator, are available on RDNet. With the rear control panel it is possible to adjust the volume, the low-pass filter, the specifically designed frequency divider and the bypass of the TT 515-A. The regulated power supply guarantees a maximum power of 100 to 260 V. The amplifier is housed in a unique floating aluminum Vibrostop panel that offers greater protection during transport. DSP processing includes multiple equalizers, delay, crossover frequencies and Bass Motion Control, which distributes sound without phase distortion and with deep, precise bass at any volume.

Made for daily use

The box is made of high quality birch plywood with external weather protection treatment. Subwoofers have a light weight and can be stacked. They have eight M10 threaded inserts for easy suspension. Two receptacles for M20 threaded mast, one at the top and one on the side, and rubber feet on both sides allow the box to be placed in a vertical or horizontal position. Two stabilization brackets ensure vertical installation is stable and firm. Its sturdy coating, electrostatic-finished grid and solid case structure are intended to withstand long-term use and transport. The amplifier independent housing ensures its efficiency and reliability. An acoustically transparent sound foam behind the grid ensures protection against dust and moisture.
