The Allen & Heath Fiberace M-DL-GOPT-A is an audio network card for DLive and Avantis that establishes a point-to-point link of 128 x 128 channels at 96 kHz between two systems, by cat cable or by fiber Multimode optics.
It has three working modes: copper, with CAT5e cable or higher up to 100 m; Fiber, with Neutrik OpticalCON Duo multimode cables up to 500 m; and conversion, which allows to replace the link between the surface and the Dlive mixrack with fiber up to 500 m.
Use the FiberAce proprietary protocol, with 5-sample transport latency (52 microseconds), dual-cable redundancy with no audio cut-outs, and switchable control network bridge to handle two systems from a single computer. It is ideal for digital splits between FOH and monitors at large events and installations.
